Education System

Scope of Improvement in our Education System.

I remember a story where a King had a very naughty monkey who would bother the king all the time. The King could not even sleep at night because of him.The king got frustrated. After thinking,he found a smart solution. He gave the monkey a ladder and asked him to go up and down the ladder for as much time as he could. This kept the monkey busy throughout 24 hours and the king could do his work peacefully.

Did Britishors have similar intentions in mind while designing our syllabus that is taught in our Universities till date? They keep our students busy for the initial and crucial 21 years of their life in memorizing irrelevant database which is of no practical use in real life.Memory of students is tested and trained to the ridiculous extent. But their intelligence, personality, social skills, creativity, spirituality and self confidence are severely and irreversibly damaged in the tender years when they can develop and use these qualities to the best of their ability.Britishors probably wanted clerks from the Indian Population so that they could rule over them by taking all the creative and administrative decisions themselves to rule India.

By designing this syllabus they mentally ruined a number of generations of our population.

The worst part is none of us is protesting enough to have this syllabus changed even 60 years after the independence.

In my opinion, the problem is with what is taught and not how it is taught. How we teach is fantastic. The proof is that when our students study in foreign universities, they top the universities. But what we teach is of no practical use in real life.I am especially talking about the syllabus from 5th Standard to 12th Standard. These are the most fertile and foundation years of life.We are putting monumental efforts on wrong subjects and wrong details like chemical equations, trignomentry and digestive system of frogs. This information is irrelevant and of no use in our practical life.

Additionally, some of the information which they make us memorise may even be false. Say for example, we were taught in school, that there are nine planets in the Universe.I read in newspapers about two years ago that there are only eight planets in the Universe and the nineth one is not a planet but something else.

I and my millions of friends didn’t really care whether there are 9 or 90 planets.Even if every student wasted 10 minutes of his life learning/memorizing this false piece of information, imagine how many manhours were collectively wasted every year by millions of students. And this is just one example.Tomorrow, more scientists will challenge more so called facts and we probably may realize that an atom of water is not made of two molecules of hydrogen and one molecule of oxygen.Let scientists debate among themselves as it is their job.Why should we be bothered? Why should we be forced to memorise how many planets are there in the Universe or how many molecules of Hydrogen are present in an atom of water. And for those who want to join the scientists in the debate, should be given an option to study that subject at the Higher Education level. Please do not force all students of every secondary school to memorise these details. Many students commit suicide due to failure in exams.Come on guys…are these pieces information worthy of human life? In fact some information in textbooks is such that one should rather commit suicide than memorise it…..just kidding !

When teachers in school are asked why children are made to memorise the irrelevant data printed in our textbooks which seems to be of no practical use in our life, they console by saying that it is to discipline students. But discipline can be inculcated by memorizing telephone directory as well.We should inculcate discipline in students by teaching sensible, practical and useful things. But in this case, teachers are helpless as well. They don’t design the syllabus. They are supposed to teach whatever is in textbook.

Students securing 75 percent and above marks give at least 125 percent efforts during the years of their education. But in return, they get a degree certificate which can not get them good jobs, good relationships, personal satisfaction or self esteem. So they feel cheated, frustrated and revengeful against the society. So we have crime, corruption, terrorism, murders and suicides.

Instead, let’s change the syllabus. How many years it will take for us to decide what is not needed in the syllabus? 1 year ? 5 years ? or maximum 10 years? But generations of mankind will be saved.Indian scriptures have so many better things to offer than the western theories.Teach our students about yoga instead of Chemistry.Teach them about how to breathe or meditate instead of teaching them about the digestive system of frogs.Teach them how to maintain relationships, what is the purpose of a family and marriage instead of making them memorise on which exact date the second world war was started. There are so many things to be learnt for which a lifetime is not enough. But we force our children to memorise what chemicals are generated when we add Hydrochloric Acid in Sodium Chloride.

And practically, education nowadays is not easy.Education involves blood, sweat and tears of not only students but even their parents.Children study while even parents suffer. They put their hard earned money and sacrifice decades of their life waiting for their children to grow up and graduate.Students lose not only their time but their innocence of childhood, energy and enthusiasm of youth while memorizing textbooks. Some even lose their lives as they commit suicides due to failure in exams. How long will we accept all this?

I suggest a solution as follows.

1) I do not have any complaints against Teachers or heavy schoolbags.I do not want air conditioned classrooms.I have no complaint against stiff competition and number of exams.Everything is fine. But PLEASE CHANGE THE SYLLABUS.Teach us what makes sense.Teach us what makes us better individuals, better family members and better social beings.Make us useful for ourselves, family and the society/country.
Subjects like Chemistry,Trignometry should be introduced only conceptually. Those who are interested can study them in detail after 8th, 10th ,OR 12th Standard by choice. These subjects should be replaced by more human and practical subjects like Yoga,Meditation,Martial Arts,HealthCare,Cooking, etc.I agree that these subjects are taught in schools even today but they are just touched conceptually. The emphasis is on theoretical topics and students remain busy memorizing short notes on cockroach and mosquitoes.Students slog for 21 years of life and finally can not even cook a meal for themselves but are dependent upon their maid, mother or wife for the same.Food is what you need everyday and if students are dependent upon others for such a basic necessity then our education lacks a lot.

2)Textbooks should be divided in two sections.60 percent content of textbooks has technical data like specific dates, chemical equations, etc which should be there in textbook only for reference and should be printed in italics. This text will remain only for reference for understanding and need not be memorized as no question should be asked from the reference section in any of the exams.
In exams they should ask what is necessary to develop logic .

More ideas should be discussed and some action should be taken to improve our education system as it involves lives of so many youngsters who are the future of our country.

P.S.
This post is with due respect to my teachers,my schools, colleges and universities who taught me whatever I have learnt today.I appreciate and thank everybody’s efforts. The above post is specifically about the education from 5th Standard to 12th Standard. In Higher Education, the scenario maybe different depending upon the college and the course.Thanks.

Hitesh

Introduction of NGO

Introduction of NGO

We all are generally misunderstood whenever we are being extra nice to somebody. The opposite person thinks , “He/she is acting smart and being nice to me as he needs work (which actually means money) or to flirt or he wants to maintain a contact/relationship with me to use it later for some or other selfish purpose."

To avoid being misunderstood like this,we avoid being extra nice to people and mind our own respective businesses. This is how we spend most of our life which makes us Realistic,Smart and so called Selfish.

It’s perfectly fine.

But, we all know that being selflessly nice to others for a change at least for some time gives us great spiritual pleasure. We feel happy deep down in our mind when we bring a smile on somebody’s face, when we cheer up somebody’s mood or compliment and motivate someone to do good work without expecting anything in return. And we feel even better when our noble efforts are noticed and appreciated by others.

Our NGO “Idealist Dot In” gives you an opportunity to do this.It gives you an opportunity to be nice to others with no strings attached and without any expectations. As in Laughter Clubs people laugh with no (or unconventional ) reason,we will be nice to each other with no (or unconventional ) reason in our NGO.Other participants will notice and appreciate your efforts because being nice to others is a rule and not an exception here. Therefore all participants will be doing the same to create a positive atmosphere in which we all will grow spiritually.Nobody expects any money or time from you for participating in any of the activities. All activities are absolutely free and you can participate in any of our activities for as much time as you want. You can join us anytime and leave anytime.

We do not expect our participants to live an idealistic life 24/7 throughout their life.Because we understand that it is not possible to be idealistic in this big bad world. Our activities are like meditation or yoga/gym exercises which you should do only for a few minutes in the day and you will reap their benefits throughout the day.

Similarly, we meet once in a week or month and discuss informally about spiritual topics like Yoga,Meditation,Shrimad Bhagvad Gita,Purpose of Life,Philosophy,a piece of art and even light hearted topics like films, music, etc. We will make sure that these discussions do not get boring and we will have these serious discussions in an entertaining/enjoyable way.

During discussions, we expect all to participate and be nice to each other by giving compliments, encouragement and guidance.Every participant should see how he influences others positively and how he/she makes the atmosphere better. When you influence the people and atmosphere around you it feels like an achievement for which you feel happy and proud. The pleasure which you give to others thus comes back to you. Try it to believe it.

We are not going to be judgemental about who is superior to others. For us all participants are equal irrespective of their social, financial, educational or professional background. So we discourage competitive attitude of participants. The attitude of participants should be idealistic, pleasant and of being helpful to each other without any expectations.

This simple activity of discussions will develop a positive and idealistic attitude in all participants which will slowly spread to their routine life and will make them more spiritual and better individuals. These discussions will also generate interesting dialogues and create new ideas. In addition to actual seminars, the discussions will be online on internet on our blog ( Link: http://IdealistNGO.blogspot.com ) and our group at www.facebook.com.( Link : http://www.facebook.com/#/group.php?gid=210723359901. )

So the next time you are being extra nice to someone and if he/she suspects your intentions tell him proudly that you believe in the ideology of our NGO “Idealist Dot In” !

As a basic policy, we do not give or accept any money or materialistic thing or favor from anyone. So all our activities are absolutely free.We do not even accept donations.

All are welcome to join our NGO irrespective of age or background.Though children below 15 years are not allowed in seminars as they demand attention and need to be taken care of.

Our Ideology

Our ideology is as follows.

As in Laughter Clubs people laugh with no (or unconventional ) reason,we will be nice to each other with no (or unconventional ) reason in our NGO.

Every individual, family, school, company, organization or any group has its own culture and ideology. All fans of a particular celebrity or even an activity like a specific meditation or dance technique share their common interest and hence they are bonded with each other by a common ideology.

Such is the importance of ideology in our life.In addition to various other factors, it is the Ideology which distinguishes one group from the other.

As the name suggests we are idealists and we expect every participant to believe in idealism at least for the period of time they participate in our activities.

Our ideology is to give and not expect anything from anyone.

So all participants are supposed to give encouragement to each other without expecting anything in return.

You are not supposed to give money/materialistic thing or favor to anyone.

We do not give or accept any money from anyone. We believe that exchange of money generates expectations and expectations are root cause of all problems.Besides the best things in life are free.

What We Do

Basically, our NGO makes the best use of communication.

We have informal discussions via net or group discussions via free seminars (in Hindi and English) on Sunday mornings in Mumbai. We talk about any socially acceptable topic except Politics,Religion and sex.We may discuss about Yoga,Meditation,Shrimad Bhagvad Gita,Purpose of Life,Philosophy,a piece of art and even light hearted topics like films, music, etc. We share stories, experiences, anecdotes and jokes.Sometimes we arrange a lecture by an expert on subjects like Yoga,Acting,voice-projection,Meditation,Psychiatry,Ayurveda,etc.

We sometimes will keep film-screening,book-reading or group meditation session.

We will make sure that these discussions do not get boring and we will do these serious discussions in an entertaining/enjoyable way. We will video-shoot some sessions and put the videos on youtube.

In addition to these seminars, the discussions will also be on Internet via blog which is http://IdealistNGO.blogspot.com . We also have a group on www.Facebook.com which you are welcome to join.

In seminars, we expect about 10-15 people to sit around in a circle and discuss any topic informally.

During these discussions, what you are expected to give to other participants is your opinion, encouragement, guidance, feedback, compliments or just moral support.Your warm smile may also add to the happiness and positive vibes in the atmosphere. For this you don’t have to be fake.We all will learn how to find a good part in even the “not so brilliant” ideas/discussions.

There are some good qualities in even the worst concepts, events and people. On the other hand, there are some bad parts in even the best concepts, events and people.

It depends upon our attitude and viewpoint whether we think the Glass is half full or half empty.

Since we are idealists we will view the glass as half full.In other words we will learn to find the best part of whatever is discussed or happens. We will ignore the bad parts.

As in Laughter Clubs people laugh with no (or unconventional ) reason,we will be nice to each other with no (or unconventional ) reason in our NGO.

The idea is to socialize and help, motivate, please and learn from each other. Generate fresh ideas by brainstorming, motivate someone to think and work on new ideas, give him/her feedback on his existing work if he asks for it, guide about what is good and better, share experiences, stories, jokes, anecdotes, anything you think will benefit or please others. If you do not want to talk, listen, observe and learn from what others say and do.

When you help or please someone it feels like an achievement. You feel happy and proud and the pleasure that you give to someone thus comes back to you.

What do leaders and people with dynamic personality have that others don’t?

Most people get influenced by the atmosphere and people around themselves.Leaders and dynamic personalities don’t get influenced by others but they influence others and create an atmosphere.

Here we have to create nothing but an atmosphere of positive energy and enthusiasm by talking, listening or simply by appearance. How you create an atmosphere depends upon your ability and choice….Whether it is by What you say,How you say, your voice texture, your appearance, your clothes or your aura.Try one thing after another and observe others to find its effect on other group members.See what you are good at and where you can improve.Learn from whoever is better than you.Though these discussions will be like any other normal discussions, their purpose is to learn how to create an atmosphere of our choice.

Creating an atmosphere just for the heck of it is difficult. So we created this activity of discussion which a group of people will do together. This activity is discussing about various topics. This will serve many purposes. The most basic is it will give you knowledge. Then it will develop your Social Intelligence,Emotional Intelligence etc.

And we are not going to be judgemental about anybody’s ability. Nobody is perfect.Every participant has some strong points and some weak points.Like some people have a lot of knowledge but poor communication skills and vice versa. We want all particpants to learn the best qualities from each other and ignore the weak points. This way the whole group will improve. It's team work.

All are equal according to us.The attitude is not going to be competitive here.If you feel that some participant has better skills or knowledge please learn from him/her rather than competing with him/her.It will be a win-win situation for all participants. So feel free to join whether you are a spiritual guru or a BPO employee.

You must be doing this with your family, children, friends or colleagues anyway. So you may think that there is nothing new.But in this big bad world you don’t get many opportunities to be nice to people.

We give you this opportunity to be nice to the people around you without any expectations. It will give you spiritual pleasure.Try it to believe it.

Just forget your social, financial, professional achievements and empty yourself to be a compassionate human believing in our ideology.

We have seminars on Sunday mornings in Vile-Parle East in Mumbai. You can attend any seminar absolutely free of charge. Venue and Schedule of seminars will be published/declared on our blog and on our group at www.facebook.com. Pre-registration via e-mail or RSVP is necessary for attending seminars.

The Purpose of Seminars

These seminars are not only about Communication, public speaking and what you say. These are important but they are tools and not the ultimate goal. The ultimate goal is to create an atmosphere full of enthusiasm, knowledge and positive energy. The topic of discussion or what you say is just a tool for creating an atmosphere.Atmosphere can move mountains. It can motivate people to work more and invent new things and new ideas. It can even bring a revolution in an individual’s life or the society.Individually,it can remove your creative mental blocks and refresh you.

As it is said,in practical life,

”Everybody is always right and nobody is ever right.”

So the so called truth depends upon the individual viewpoint which everybody is entitled to have of his/her own.So the question of debating over who is right and who is wrong does not arise.

12) The discussion is supposed to be pleasant.Any arguments, personal attacks, attempts to outsmart anyone with a competitive attitude will not be allowed.

13) In Seminars, anybody who is rude or with a competitive attitude will be asked to leave immediately by the Director without any explanation and the Director’s decision will remain final.

Our Aims

1) To enhance every participant’s spiritual personality and character.His/her communication skills, analytical skills are improved to a great extent via these discussions.

2) In today’s time,Idealism is almost non-existent.We want to bring it back in real life with the real people of this group at least for the period of time that they participate in our discussions.

3) Artists know that such random discussions with new ideas and new people provide creative stimulus and generate new ideas.

4) This group will improve the thinking of participants via communication.Needless to say that the better thinking will lead to better actions which will initially benefit the individual and eventually the society in long run.

5) This group is expected to grow in size and influence as many number of people as possible.

6) Journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.Activities of this group will motivate artists, philosophers, scientists or students of the group and will lead to better ideas and maybe new avenues, inventions and answers to the unanswered questions.

7) In social situations we chit chat about frivolous topics. We get hardly any opportunity and people to talk about the intellectual, philosophical or spiritual topics. This group provides a platform for the same without making it boring.

8) To refresh all participants.Remove creative mental block.

9) Nobody is perfect.Every participant has some strong points and some weak points.Like some people have a lot of knowledge but poor communication skills and vice versa. We want all particpants to learn the best qualities from each other and ignore the weak points. This way the whole group will improve. It's team work.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q 1) What is unique about this NGO?

Answer:

As in Laughter Clubs people laugh with no (or unconventional ) reason,we will be nice to others with no (or unconventional ) reason. This is the common ideology that we offer which is unique about our NGO.Our ideology is to be idealistic and to help the people around you.We give you an opportunity to be nice to the people around you.In this big bad world you don’t get such opportunities often.Being nice to others gives you spiritual pleasure.

Q 2) How exactly is it done? What are your activities?

Answer:

Please refer to the title “What We Do” above.

Q 3) These ideas seem too good to be true. And therefore some people may doubt that you are only going to pretend to be nice and fool people.

Answer:

I deny that there is going to be any pretence of niceity in our NGO.

Still, to address the other side of the argument, and if we must talk in Black and White terms, let’s assume that we people are going to pretend. In that case I explain as under.

1) In our routine life, we all pretend.A father is the strict Head of the Family at his home. But in office he becomes an obedient subordinate to his boss and back home he becomes a caring husband to his wife.Even kids of 5-6 years of age pretend. So we all keep adjusting our roles and character as per the situation. So in our NGO if we decide to be nice for some time,it’s not wrong. We have already clarified in our policies that all participants are supposed to be nice to each other only while engaging in the activities of our NGO.What they do at other times is not our concern.

2) It is written in Shrimad Bhagvad Gita that the work that you do as a part of your occupation or duty is not a sin.Like say for example,if I kill a rat,it’s a sin.But if a farmer kills hundreds of rats in his field to protect his harvest,it’s not a sin because it is a part of his job/duty.Similarly in case if we pretend to be nice in our NGO it’s not wrong.

3) Even pretending to be good has its advantages. If you pretend to be nice, and if you want ,that niceity may grow on you in reality to more or less extent.Like actors playing heroic characters can inherit from those characters if they want. But it’s a matter of their choice and ability how much they want to take from that character. It depends upon how receptive you are.

4) I remember the film “Rang De Basanti” starring the popular actor Aamir Khan. The story is that a foreigner lady was making a documentary film about the great Indian freedom fighter Late Shri Bhagatsingh and his friends. She was looking for actors who could play the characters of Bhagatsingh and his fellow freedom fighters.Aamir Khan and his friends were college students who had no aim in life and spent their life fooling around. They were not even familiar with the story and greatness of Bhagatsingh .But they had the same fearless and carefree spirit like Bhagatsingh and his friends. The director noticed this quality and made them work in her film. After the film shooting was over,Aamir Khan and his friends were so inspired by the characters of freedom fighters which they played, that they killed a corrupt government official, admitted their crime publicly on All India Radio and finally died like Bhagatsingh. So they had the ability but they didn’t know about it and they didn't have an Aim in life.Once they got the aim, they pulled off something which even they themselves had not imagined. The moral of the story is that by pretending to be some characters they actually became like those characters. So we never know how one thing may lead to another.Though this example is from a film which is fiction,we all know how we all get inspired by Stories, books, films and even first hand real life incidents all the time.So when we pretend to be nice,it may inspire us for more niceity in future.

To sum it up,there is no pretence. And even if it is there,it is not wrong and will not cause any harm to anyone but will benefit all.

Q 4) Please tell us what is the solution for these doubts.

Answer :

All new, no matter however great ideas were doubted and opposed in the beginning. Some great scientists in history did some revolutionary inventions but nobody believed them throughout their life. They were jailed and punished for their lifetime for their inventions, genius and honesty.People regretted decades after their death when they realized that what those scientists had been saying was actually true.

This was just an example.I am not comparing my ideas with the great inventions. But as far as my NGO is concerned I have humbly clarified the doubts above. If people still have doubts, there are only two options. The first is they should express their doubts and make their suggestions politely via our blog which is free and open for all.We will clarify the doubts or we will accept their suggestions with thanks to improve ourselves. If this does not work, the only second option is that they should choose NOT to join our NGO.If you join our NGO you have to respect our ideology and policies and you will get equal respect from our side.At any point of time if you don’t agree with our ideology, policies or their implementation, you may please leave politely without offending anyone. As mentioned in our policies there is no formal procedure to join or leave our NGO.You can join anytime and leave anytime and there is no money involved. So there is no reason or way for us to fool anyone.

Q 5) Only talking is like building castles in air.How will these discussions practically be useful?

Answer :

Well, some people are required to build castles in air.If everybody indulges in hardcore practical work, who will do the thinking, imagining, talking and planning? And if any of the participants want to work practically on the ideas discussed, nobody stops him/her.Scope of our NGO is restricted to discussions for the time being. We may expand in future and get involved in other activities like social work etc.

Q 6) How can discussions about topics not related to one’s subject help him be more creative and get more ideas about his subject?

Answer :

Ideas can not be planned. Was the great scientist Newton sitting under a tree with a plan to find the law of gravity? No.Therefore, I say, Ideas can not be planned.

Great ideas spring in mind in a relaxed mood or during casual discussions within fractions of seconds.Experienced artists know that casual and random discussions or visuals may act as a creative stimulus.A creative person may hunt for a fresh idea for hours on his desk without any result. And he may take a break and go to his balcony or a coffee shop or for a walk where he may get a brilliant idea within minutes in a relaxed state of mind.Because his mental creative block is removed. The same theory applies here.A relaxed and casual discussion with a group of strangers may remove mental creative blocks and may benefit all participants.Maybe not immediately. But eventually.

Q 7) There are people who think they have nothing important to say or offer. Why should they join this NGO?

Answer:

They can observe others and learn from others.Slowly they will have a lot to say or offer. That's when we will consider us successful.

Q 8) Who can participate?

Answer:

Anybody above the age of 15 irrespective of financial, educational or social background. For seminars Pre-Registration via e-mail or RSVP on www.facebook.com is required 2 days prior to the seminar.

Q 9) Is money involved?

Answer:

We do not give or accept any money or materialistic thing or favour from anyone.

Q 10) Communication is a simple activity. We communicate all the time with family, friends or colleagues. How will the communication in your NGO be different from other communications?

Answer:

With family, colleagues or friends,we mostly communicate about work or problems.Or we simply chitchat to kill boredom and time.We hardly ever get an opportunity to talk constructively about spiritual and philosophical topics. Our education system does not teach us life skills but keeps us busy with the theoretical knowledge. This is an opportunity to talk about real topics in a pleasant way.

Q 11) It seems that discussions in your NGO will be preachy and boring. Is it true?

Answer:

No.The main purpose of discussions in our group is to create a pleasant atmosphere. So we will discuss any serious topic with a light approach and will keep it amusing.

Q 12) How do you expect to achieve your aims by merely meeting and talking once a week?

Answer:

Different people in different corners of the world share their interests, ideas, ideals and ideologies.Like many cricket lovers have Sachin Tendulkar as their ideal. All Salsa Dancers love the technique of Salsa. All wine lovers share their interest in wines.Even if two fans of Sachin Tendulkar or a few wine lovers meet for the first time they have a jolly good time talking and meeting as they share a common liking.

So an ideology is what bonds people and gives them a common interest and direction. You may not know a person but if you find out that he likes your favourite actor, you feel you know him partly and that’s when you feel connected with him/her.

With this NGO the founder has created and presented an ideology which is to give and not expect anything from anyone…We do not give or accept any money, materialistic thing or favour from anyone .

During these discussions, what you are expected to give to other participants is your opinion, encouragement, guidance, feedback, compliments or moral support with just a smile .Your warm smile may also add to the happiness and positive energy in the atmosphere.

Those who like it will accept it and will be connected. They will use it and will enjoy it whenever and wherever they like whether in house, office, garden, gym or any other place. We do not force.

And this is not new.Admirers of Personalities like Mahatma Gandhi or of Pop Stars like Michael Jackson or of a particular activity like Salsa Dance or Transcedental Meditation share their common interest and ideology. So they are connected even if they never meet each other in lifetime.Similarly we are presenting an ideology. Those who like this ideology will follow it at anyplace at anytime.

Q 13) What happens after the seminar/discussions?

Answer:

Discussions in our group are just a beginning.People will act as per our ideology even in their routine life whenever and wherever they feel like. There is no compulsion. We understand that it’s not possible to be idealistic in this practical world. But wherever one gets a chance, one should be equipped with skills to be idealistic for his/her spiritual growth.

Whatever you read, study, talk, hear and learn gets etched in your mind.So it maybe useful anytime.

Q 14) How do you operate without involving money and without accepting donations?

Answer:

Our activities are simple.Minor expenses are taken care of by our Director.

Q 15) What can be the best outcome of this NGO?

Answer:

Laughter Club was started by Shri Madan Kataria with only 5 individuals at a public garden in Mumbai in 1995.Today Laughter Clubs are popular all across the globe and benefit millions.Hats off to him.

Similarly,we plan to talk for spiritual growth.Maybe this concept may have many advantages which even we have not realized fully as yet.Yoga is not just about breathing and Asanas.Yoga is an eight fold path and the first two are Yama and Niyama which is about the cleansing of mind and inculcating spiritual values. This kind of cleansing may result in great creative output for participants.Possibilities are endless.Let's think positive and hope for the best.
